Hey all, sorry the Warehouse was a little late this
week. We’ve been really busy in the
office getting everything ready for this Sunday. In case you have forgotten, this is what I
like to call “Christmas Sunday.” This is
one of the few times a year that most people go to church. What that means is that the people you ask to
come to church with you this Sunday will be more likely to say “Yes” to your
invitation.
So, take the initiative the next few days and ask someone if
they are going to church this Christmas.
If they say “no” or “I don’t know,” that is your opportunity to invite
them to attend with you. Missing this
chance is like going to a friend’s house, knocking on the door, and when they
answer you don’t speak and then walk away.
Don’t miss out this Christmas and you can be sure of 2 things: that when
they say “yes,” you will be bringing them to a 1) Christ-centered service that
will glorify God, and 2) the Gospel will be shared.
I look forward to worshiping with you all this Sunday. For those that will be out of town, we will
miss your physical presence, but we know that we will still be worship together
as you attend elsewhere. Enjoy time with
family, but most of all, celebrate “What was given, so we can have a Merry
Christmas.”
